The Wizard's Way

Mindfulness-Based Emotional Literacy Training for all ages

This practice can be a clinical treatment or a pre-treatment program. Serving children, adolescents, young adults, adults, corporate groups, families, or individuals. Together, we will embark on a growth-focused journey based in play, creativity, and mindfulness that aims to deepen our understanding of integrating balance into our lives. Balancing emotions, communication skills, brain hemispheres, elements of our lives, and more.

Balance

Wizards (and Witches) are often passionate and prone to allowing their excitement, sadness, or frustration to overpower them, which is why we must learn balance:

Emotional, Physical, Energetic, Spiritual, Mental, and Social.

Each of these supports the whole Wizard in becoming powerful.

Sweet and SouR

Mindfulness skills help us to navigate the highs and lows of our lives.

What better way to learn than through play?

This is the Wizards Way....

Magic

Following the rabbit into the rabbit hole is a tale of inner growth through adventure, exploration, and mystery.

Scary at times, but life-changing and magical indeed...becoming more comfortable with our minds is a deep and fruitful journey.
